Jaffacake chocolate cheesecake recipe

1pack Digestive biscuits
1pack Jaffa cakes
1 tsp Golden syrup
50g Butter
100g Double cream
100g icing sugar
250g Mascarpone
300g Soft cheese
300g Milk chocolate
1tsp orange extract
For biscuit base: Crush digestives and pour into a bowl. Melt the butter and pour into bowl, mix together. Add golden syrup to mix and spoon into a pre-greased cake tin and refrigerate for 20 mins.
For cheesecake: Mix icing sugar, mascarpone, soft cream and double cream in a bowl. Thinly slice the Jaffa cakes into small pieces, then add to the mix. Melt the chocolate and let cool slightly before adding the chocolate to the cheesecake mix. Add in the orange extract and add onto the pre cooled biscuit base. Put into the refrigerator for approx 1-2 hours then enjoy :)
